Attended yesterday. KB`s auntie. Looked at JK several years ago but just did not have the money. Has money now for a plan 4 but would prefer a plan 10. We discussed a "deal" at £25k. Seems very keen and said that she will do it. Will try to arrange additional funds foe the plan 10 or go ahead with a plan 4.
