01/12/2017	Returned call,. been in Copenhagen for a couple of days. Says wife on board, will sign and return docs this weekend. Told him he didn`t have docs and usually have final meeting for any questions, he said his wife had some and to sign. Deal done when pays in full or deposit paid. Offered Weds or Thurs as potential meeting dates. Said he would confirm by email over weekend/call Monday.

23/11/2017	Had loads of info from Alex. Very focussed in his questions. Plan 10 in South London. Want to be up and running in New Year. Wife will do it first and he will keep the salary coming in.
