04/08/16: No questions. Wants to meet. Has run a cleaning company. Knows JK, thought he could do it himself! Call back in early September. Only has £8k.
14/10/16: Second email sent. Only has £8k.
14/10/16: Stopped responding.
29/03/18: Called in to ask for a meeting. Booked in for Tuesday 3rd in Weybridge.
06/04/18: Been looking at lots of different cleaning franchises and been researching JK for 6 years. Has run a cleaning business before but couldn`t grow it so very interested in our guarantee.Probably has £20k to invest, looking to conclude in April. Regions 15 and 9.

29/04/18: Email sent asking how he`s getting on with Financing, turns out he had financing from a new business start up scheme for a restaurant and needs to transfer it to JK.
30/04/18: Emailed saying he is meeting with Start Up Loan Mentor on Wednesday and will update me after that.
04/05/18: Called to say Mentor would not fund a franchise, don`t know enough about it and "seems too good to be true."
