19/08/16: Alex emailed me apologising for delay in coming back to us . Is interested in either High Wycome or Ipswich area. He was in the army, has just sold a house and has experience managing people - was a GM at David Llyod Health clubs and is in sales for a telecommunications company. Booked in for 6th September at 10:15am
06/09/16: Had done a lot of research and had specific questions/points he wanted clarified. Said he was very keen and wants to progress, needs to complete sale of his house to fund. Would like a plan 10 but may only have £25-£27k.
22/09/16: Replied to message. Still very keen, waiting for house to go through. Has a couple of questions but difficult to meet as in full time employment. Arranged to speak at 6.00pm tonight.
23/09/16: Did speak last night. Questions on profit, not guaranteed, region, available business, working capital. Very keen, wants plan 10 and has the money for that. All dependent on house sale.
03/10/16: Still waiting on house sale. Still interested, but can`t give a timescale. He`ll call when ready. Call in a couple of weeks.
26/10/16: House sale fell through - non UK national. Still keen but needs that house to be sold! Call in a month.
13/12/16: Called and left message wants to speak. Call booked for 6.30 13/12. Exchanging contracts this week with a cash buyer! Wants to do it, but waiting for the cash. Really keen. Speak in a week to firm top date
30/12/16: Texted to say house sale had gone through and wants to meet. Awaiting dates from him?
02/01/17: Booked in for 11 Jan.
11/01/17: Very keen.Pleased he now has the money, although now enjoying his job as well! Completely understands the contractual guarantees and that the existing business is not guaranteed. Wants to go a bit slower anyway because not sure how soon he wants to leave work. Doe song want the business all at once. Will discuss possible plans at a later date.
15/03/17: Couple of emails exchanged but then gone quiet. Emails not replied to and VM left today asking for an update, no rush from our side, understand he may have been on hols and just want to keep in touch.
10/04/17: Spoke on phone today. All ready to go, has company set up, meeting on 18th to sign in company name and pay. Aiming for training on 24th April.
