11/10/16: Info came in -22/08 contacted 25/08 then 2nd email sent 01/09 I killed him as no response then he called in 06/10/2016 and I sent a plan size 07/10/2016
13/10/16: Keen to meet. Sent email that it will be early November, and will contact him again when I have firm plans.
03/11/16: Also looking at Total Clean (£30k no business) Considering a plan 20. FA sent. May want to move quickly. Mentioned Newcastel as way to get them up and running quickly with existing business. Ok with them.
23/11/16: Couple of emails received indicating progress - last about getting advice from accountant and solicitor. Chasing email sent.
27/11/16: Replied stating he was meeting with solicitor next week and would be in contact after that.
02/12/16: Emailed asking about seeing current franchisees P&L and wants an exclusive territory. Told him we can`t do exclusive and can provide business plans.
06/12/16: Emailed says wants to meet again. Asked him to confirm he is willing to proceed on NON-exclusive territory basis.
15/12/16: Met again. Went through FA clause by clause asking questions. Got hung up on detail (cleaning cupboards). Want to speak to an existing franchisee and if that goes well will sign for a plan 10. Re-designed FA sent. Confirmed that would be interested in Newcastle existing business when they`ve got going.
05/01/17: Emailed asking for a close meeting, booked for 24th Jan.
