08/03/17: Called in for information -
08/03/17: called back and he hung up
09/03/17: Info Sent
13/03/17: Julie booked him in for 15/03. Nephew is Moses NGoh who has also enquired.
17/03/17: Came with 2 others including Moses his nephew who has also enquired. Looking at minimum investment, but all three and covering Bristol, Swindon and London! May have more money!
27/03/17: Email sent asking for update.
05/04/17: Replied and wants second meeting. Offered Weds 12th.
07/04/17: Answered, on training course. Confirmed 12th.
18/04/17: Very close, had nice chats with wife and friends and family. Will have a decision by Thursday/Friday.
24/04/17: Called to say he had £8k and was hoping to get rest by end of this week.
16/05/17: Stopped responding
29/09/17: Called in to say had 3 properties that were close to selling and want to meet again in two weeks when money is available to progress. Just checking the opportunity was still there for Bristol, it is and is growing.
06/10/17: Called, expects to complete by end of month, wants to meet next week, offered Thurs or Friday.
13/10/17: Called day before meeting to say car was in garage and wouldn`t be out till morning,if all goes to plan would still attend. Called on day, car not available, re-arranged for Tuesday 17th.
19/10/17: Sent email saying that had paid the £1k deposit.
06/11/17: All on schedule, just waiting for buyers to confirm date for exchanging contracts.
20/11/17: No ans, no vm.
27/11/17: Expects to exchange on at least one property by 10th December and will then transfer the money. Said I would meet with his friend Shariff on Wednesday and that I would hold the existing business around Birmingham for him through December.
12/12/17: All ok, house sales still on. 8th January should be the date for exchange.
17/01/18: House sale keeps getting pushed back. Now 15th February. His aim is to pay then spend time in Brazil and then start. Explained that only issue I had was regarding keeping existing business for him. That can`t go on indefinitely, but once he`s paid then that secures it. No one in line for it just yet.
12/02/18: Expects to complete today/tomorrow! Will call later in week to confirm. Explained I had other option that I would need to pursue if he couldn`t proceed soon.
19/02/18: No update and no response to text nor VM.
