20/07/17: she has called back wanting to meet next week 24th 25th or 26th but won`t come to weybrdige
25/07/17: Health Care professional with 18 yrs service. Originally enquired in Jan 2017. Had done an awful lot of research and settled on cleaning. Been looking since last Nov and just wnated to et down to detail s, cost and guarantee. Was close to "pressing" the button with one or two other franchises incl NIC, but friend who has an NIC franchise suggested that she speak to JK. Looking at Plan 10 and very pleased that she as met with us. Discussed FF and territory in detail. Has FA, send BP.
27/07/17: Booked in for 2nd meeting at Weybridge. Spoke with her Lawyer yesterday, and wants to speak with Franchisee to do her "due diligence" a phrase she uses a lot. Put her in contact with Tony Vockins.
31/07/17: Attended 2nd meeting on 28th/7. Raised negative comments on Internet and went through FA with marked up questions. Now saying going for a Plan 4, asked her to consider Plan 10 - a real business with a solid turnover). Close meeting booked for 3/8.
01/08/17: Phone call today. Spoke about benefits of Plan 10 as not done that before. She needs the money to live off. She also asked that I clarify a few things in the agreement. Not quite sure what she means but email sent.
03/08/17: Signed at Plan 4, but is speaking to accountant again as very interested in Plan 10 so may upgrade in next few days.
08/08/17: Sent an email saying just getting finances together and that she is committed to JK. will be in contact shortly.
11/08/17: Called today. Turns out she was getting finance for the majority of the money. Had it in place for the other franchises she was with but when spoke to them about JK they said now way. Offered that we may be able to help fund, but think it`s more cold feet. Michelle had a call from Guy Strang - she was going to sign with him until she spoke to me!
31/08/17: Returned my call. JK still ver y much on the table, just awaiting finance which is looking positive and could be sorted out this week. Also spoken to Tony again who has been very positive and encouraging.
