29/05/18: Booked for Leeds 6th June at 11am
31/05/18: Spoke with Farah, she has the funds, and is meeting a few other franchise companies .. booked for 6th June
06/06/18: Friends who will do it together. Been looking at different franchises. Friend has a friend who recommended a cleaning franchise. Eid so fasting and will make decision when over. Poss meeting next week.
13/06/18: Returned call still fasting so difficult to think! Still very keen. Had questions about how we price a contract - hours/return; number of cleaners required for £10k business, can she talk to Franchisees. Wants me to call on my return from hols to book a follow up meeting. Now considering a plan 10.
28/06/18: Called. want to meet next week. Partner Atif will give me a call this pm with a few questions on business plan.
02/07/18: Returned my call. Does want to meet this week but does want Asif to speak to me about a couple of percentages.
05/07/18: Questions received by email and answered.
11/07/18: Second meeting booked for 12/07 in Leeds. Asif Ahmd, who asked previous questions will be attending.
13/07/18: Met again yesterday in Leeds. Two ladies very keen and want to do it so Asif, a husband, wanted to ask a few questions on the product. Will review agreement with solicitor, then look to sign and pay a deposit in next week to start in Sept/Oct as they are going on holiday. Asked about Master Franchise.
18/07/18: Spoke to Farah.It`s a definite yes.Sofia has now gone away so will be end of August before signing.
24/07/18: Asif called. Solicitor said agreement ok. Just working out the deal between the 2 partners as Sofia will be putting up more of the money than Farah, then will sign and make a substantial deposit to secure. Should eb by end of this week.
03/08/18: Asif called yesterday. Looking to sign in next few days and pay £7k. Then begin in mid Sept.
12/08/18: Asif left vm on Friday saying will transfer the deposit on Monday 13/8.
21/08/18: Asif has stopped responding.
23/08/18: Bereavement in family.
25/09/18: Spoke with Asif yesterday, asked me to call him back today.
25/09/18: Asif called. Farah pulled out. Sofia really wants to go ahead on a Plan 10 but can only afford a Plan 4. Have a possible other partner. Explained growth through FF but was very clear that this was not guaranteed. To send dates for a visit to Leeds for signing.
09/10/18: New partner, met with her and the family! Issue now is 17 is too much! Did call and ask about claiming VAT back.
14/10/18: Asif called on 10 Oct. Need an incentive as 17 fees too high. Spoke about extra £2k of obligation if paid quickly. Did not like the time frame on the incentive. Said was going away f a cope of week so would sign and send agreement and make payments when he got back.
